Daoist Principles and Practices Sharing

Daoist Sharing are not merely knowledge; they are truly a study for the cultivation of mind and body. As stated in Chapter 48 of the Tao Te Ching: “In the pursuit of learning, every day something is acquired; in the pursuit of the Dao, every day something is let go.” While the accumulation of learning is undoubtedly important, if it cannot be internalized as one’s own realization, it remains like scratching an itch through a boot—ultimately failing to reach the true essence.
The purpose of studying classics is to guide the direction of life and establish right understanding. Classics are not meant to be memorized, but to awaken reflection and inspire action. The practice of Daoist learning emphasizes study, reflection, and personal realization, using right understanding as a guiding light to seek inner peace and return to one’s authentic nature.
Through Daoist Sharing, we hope everyone may grasp the essence of traditional wisdom, integrate it into life, apply it to reality, and embody it in daily practice.
